You submit a request with your booth preferences and planned budget.
Within 15 minutes of receiving the request, a manager contacts you to provide an initial cost estimate and clarify details.
Your personal manager works with you to create a technical specification, or they can proceed with an existing one.
Within 48 hours, our designer prepares and presents 2-3 booth design concepts, along with 3D models.
You select the most suitable design and can make unlimited revisions as needed.
Once you approve the final design, we prepare the project for production: we draft technical documentation and finalize the estimate and specifications.
Our legal department prepares the contract based on the information agreed with you, including a detailed description of services, timelines, costs, acceptance process, and guarantees.
The contract is signed either in paper or electronic form.
We issue an invoice for payment. Once the payment is received, our production team begins the work.
At our in-house facility, we manufacture all booth elements: framework, panels, decorations, multimedia, etc.

We handle all necessary documentation, pack booth elements, and prepare them for transportation to the exhibition site.

After the exhibition concludes, our assembly team begins dismantling the booth.
Our logistics team arranges transportation of the dismantled booth either back to our warehouse or to its next destination. Any rented equipment is returned to the supplier.
